Frank Anthony Malaterra, 99, Of Lodi

LODI, N.J. -- Frank Anthony Malaterra, of Lodi, died Nov. 20. He was 99.

Malaterra served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a carpenter for more than 50 years. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph's R.C. Church and a member of the East Rutherford American Legion Post 67 and Post Commander from 2001-02 of the East Rutherford V.F.W. Post 8374. 

He was predeceased by his wife, Maria; and daughter, Barbara Jean Malaterra. 

There will be a funeral at 9 a.m. Wednesday departing from the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad St., Carlstadt for a 9:30 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Church in East Rutherford. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery in Lyndhurst.
